If I've understood the previous discussions about this correctly then
the locale needs to be set so . is the decimal separator everywhere
except for just as the Inkscape command line is generated, as that
needs to be done with , if the system locale uses ,.
Oh, and the code you have been working on, did you mean to look at
unstable? In that case you should update since the command line
building has been moved and completely redesigned.
