[Tilesathome] Icons for power_source = wind/ photovoltaic/ solar_thermal

To my question when I will see the solar power plant I mapped four
months ago I got the answer:
"a suggestion for a good icon would certainly help"

Now I have made some, see http://malenki.ch/OSM/icons/
With the one for solar-thermal I am not too lucky, change it or make
some suggestions. I'd be glad if they would be helpful.
