[Tilesathome] use new _unstable (and ROMA v2)?

Hi deelkar and others.
while I struggle to get the t at h server finally stable (looks good right now). I think it would make sense to switch _unstable to stable as soon as possible to get the new ROMA hotness and get rid of the UTF-8 problems with ROMA v1.

I am more than busy on the server side now, so I won't get to it. What's your opinion?
