ROMAv2 seems to be stable and valid - i have 4 instanced running against
it and have seen no problems and the utf-8 stuff fixed.

I'd suggest changing the hostname/url to 

http://roma.osm.lab.rfc822.org/api

Thats a cname to the 2nd machine right now but in case anything fails i
can shift it around without changing the client ...
