You do *not* want to do that. tilesGen.pl/Osmarender will take roughly 
100 times longer than a properly installed and configured Mapnik. If you 
work on the Amazon platform, this translates to real money... there are 
several efforts underway to have a live updated osm2pgsql database that 
can be read by Mapnik; I think this would be your best bet...
