[Tilesathome] Arabic Mapnik Rendering in Closed areas

I have noticed a different rendering with Mapnik when using arabic tag names for linear ways and closed ways

there is a green area and an Hospital

both are tagged 
name:en Sanayeh Parc
name: حديقة الصنايع

for the green park
and

name:en=American University Hospital
name=مستشفى الجامعة الأمريكية



around them are normal street tagging e.g. rendered correctly in arabic

now the problem is that for those and many other closed areas like buildings, parcs , industry zones etc.. the rendering of arabic is reversed like this

if it is tagged مستشفى الجامعة الأمريكية = American University Hospital in Potlatch then it is rendered on a multiline in the other direction (from left to right  ) and thus it is rendered
الأمريكية
الجامعة
مستشفى

and the tag : حديقة الصنايع
is rendered

الصنايع
حديقة




is it a problem that somebody can fix ?
