[Tilesathome] Windows client having problems with blank land tiles

I'm receiving this error when rendering blank tiles with the windows client:

- Using working directory C:\temp\TaH
- Using process log file tah-process.log

- Inkscape version 0.46
- rendering using or/p

This is consistent when I download other empty land tiles around it.
Rendering it in Ubuntu does not give an error.
