Perhaps I am. It seems to have been the Mapnik layer doing the not_in_map_features thing - as it has just when I zoomed in on Wolverhampton. Again that seems to be oneway=true instead of oneway=yes (without checking the ways in question, but from knowing the roads).

There also seems to be residential-without-name (orange edges) as well as the not-in-map_features (yellow edges). Oh and a big red circle around nodes-on-same-spot. I suspect this will be more relevant on the OSMtalk list where there is the Noname discussion, so I'll take it there.
