[Tilesathome] Badly formed XAPI requests

The XAPI logs contains some erroneous bbox requests this morning.

For example: /api/0.5/*[bbbox=66,225586,49,486976,66,401367,49,563424]

They are all originating from a client with ip address 84.220.246.183.

If this is your client I suspect you have a problem with your locale
settings and are using , instead of . as the decimal separator.
