[Tilesathome] New server bandwidth stats

Now that the new tah server is up and running, I measured bandwidth
consumption during the last 35h:

Sent:     40.8 GBytes
Received: 76.6 GBytes

Based on these numbers, we would have a monthly network usage of 0.8 TB
out and 1.57TB incoming traffic. I expect that many clients are still
not up and running again, and some users of t at h tiles might have dropped
 during the turbulence, so I expect these figures to rise rather than
decrease.

Interesting enough that we upload nearly twice as much as we serve.

I need a few days to recover and will then continue to work on the
automatic low zoom stitching. You'll just have to live with the fact
that it's broken for now, (or upload the lowzoom tiles yourself)

Also, I am working on getting munin up and running again.
