[Tilesathome] close-areas broken in -dev?

Hi

Am I the only one seeing errors from close-areas in -dev/trunk?

It doesn't compile at all:
$ perl -c close-areas.pl 
Global symbol "$helper" requires explicit package name at
close-areas.pl line 446.

close-areas.pl line 446.
close-areas.pl had compilation errors.
