[Tilesathome] osmarender bugs

Hi,
First apologizes if this is the wrong list for posting problems with 
osmarender. I could not find a clear information about where to post 
issues with this software:

I have a couple of issues, one has been reported:
   - Names for ways rendered on top of each other
   http://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/1478
And the other one I am the holder of the issue:
   - oneway sign and street names collaps
   http://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/2270

I would like to ask someone to show me a bit where to look on the huge 
stylesheet to fix it.
