[Tilesathome] Broken lowzoom tile

Transforming to SVG fails, but I have trouble rasterizing it. Normally I
use inkscape but that box doesn't have the xlibs installed (and I'm not
going to do that as it would get me tarred and feathered). I tried with
batik but I got the following output. Help with setting up batik would be
highly appreciated.
