[uMap] Github does not work as login provider

Login via github into https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/ yields a 404
(error=redirect_uri_mismatch).

In my test installation I had to use http://localhost:8000/ as redirect_uri
in github oauth2 configuration (https://github.com/settings/developers).
