[uMap] Github does not work as login provider

That's "because" of "https://".
At this point, I'm not sure we can support both http and https login in
the same time. I need to investigate.
(I'd love to switch to https only, but that's not simple, given that we
load tiles and data stream from elsewhere that are not yet all https
compliant.)
