[uMap] image tag in popups

Marc,

1/ in some case url seem to be truncated :
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:%22In_betrekking_staande_figuren%22_door_Bernhard_Heilinger,_1954_(2

2/ in others case, url is like this : 
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:%22Gevecht_van_Jacob_met_de_Engel%22_door_Jacques_Lipchitz,_1932.jpg
If you want to display pictures you need url like this : 
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d9/%22Gevecht_van_Jacob_met_de_Engel%22_door_Jacques_Lipchitz%2C_1932.jpg
