[uMap] image tag in popups

Thanks a lot.
It's just that the https://commons.wikimedia.org - type of files work
on e.g. http://gk.historic.place . So I assumed it would work here as
well.
I could change the things I mapped, but of course cannot change it for
others. I'll just leave it as it is now.

I'll fix the truncated URL. I wonder what went wrong there.
