[uMap] uMap and ethercalc

Thanks..a useful complement to uMap.
Found i needed at add .csv to the url.
The docs at http://docs.ethercalc.apiary.io/#reference
are helpful.

uploading data as standard static layer.
If you need to work on the shared ethercalc spreadsheet, simply adding
".csv" to url, will start data download on your machine, then umap file
import.
