[uMap] Impressum / Mentions Légales

Dear UMap-Webadmins,

rearding my iframe-embedded UMap i got a legal question: Isn't it
necessary to have an official contact linked from every web page due to
european laws

help me figure out, what I should link / add to our NGO website's
"Impressum" to address that the UMap is embedded as IFrame? Or is umap
something special, since it is non-commercial?

The german umap Homeapge <https://umap.openstreetmap.de/> has
"Impressum" and "Datenschutzerklärung" - why aren't such links on the
top-level homepage present on the french version? Or would every single
map need a visible link as e.g. in the footer of CyclOSM served by OSM
France (screenshot below)? If I'd add such a link via UMap-settings as
"credits", what would be the correct page as link target? Is the
organization at https://www.openstreetmap.fr/mentions-legales/ also
responsible for the french umap instance?
