[OSM-dev] applet issues closed out

hi,

to tempt you to try it out on live and give it some testing, applet now features rendering of one-ways and yahoo tile resolution control with { and } keys. 

quite a few applet issues have also been closed out / updated (list below) mainly related to stability/responsiveness, unfortunately not funky/slick UI like Potlatch.
