[OSM-dev] Tiles at home multiple layers

On the offchance that someone will suggest a Maplint[1] layer for the 
tiles at home rendering system, there are a few things to work out regarding the 
server's interface to various clients. [2]

Comments welcome, especially if you know something which would break if an API 
suddenly developed "which layer do you mean" fields...

Server stats are at [3] to see how it's coping with one layer.  Tiles are 
stored on hdc1 which is the red line on that top graph.
