[OSM-dev] RAILS - rake db:migrate

hi,

my rails setup on dev seemed to drop a load of way segments, i think this is caused by 'rake db:migrate' making 'id' of current_way_segments the primary key.  i think this primary key is necessary for rails/activerecord, but for the osm db 'id' in this means the way id, and hence should be non-unique - this leads to only one segment per way being available.  how should this be correctly setup in 0.4?
