[OSM-dev] GPL stupidity

Fixed on pyroute, sorry for confusion.  

If you checkout the pyroute directory it should now give you this file:

http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/routing/pyroute/COPYING.txt

...which explains all the stuff you can do with pyroute, without having to ask 
FSF for details of the license
