There is a limit to the amount that you can render on the map. This is
what I would call a specialised feature, thus shouldn't be on a
general map that Mapnik and Osmarender are. There are many things that
the cycle map renders, which Mapnik and Osmarender don't render, for
example national cycle routes and bicycle parking.
In the future there will be more specialised maps out there, rather
than cramming so much information on the one map, that you can't read
or know what all the symbols mean.
