[OSM-dev] Re-booting EWG

in the shadow of the big, bad license change, i'm afraid EWG rather
fell by the wayside. apologies about that, and for taking so long to
re-start it. in keeping with the spirit of continuity, the next
meeting will be on #osm-ewg in a week's time: monday 8th october at
1800 GMT (see [1] for times in various time zones).

on the agenda for this meeting: review of the top ten tasks [2] and
planning upcoming events.
