[OSM-dev] Joining SRTM Gov. Elevation Data with OSM USA Data Locally

Hi,
OSM devs usually use Postgis + Postgresql.
However, maybe if you're explain why and how you mix a DEM with osm data ?
You put elevation on every node ?
