[OSM-dev] Introduction to the Mailing List

Hello Everyone. My name is Kang Breder. I am a student at the University of
Buea. I am a GSoC 2021 aspirant. I am comfortable with Java and I will like
to work on "Improving usability of indoorhelper Plugin" . I saw this
project on the GSoC page and it seems really interesting. I am willing to
learn and contribute here. Can anyone here help me get started?
