Sure, as also mentioned by Martijn, we're always happy for dedicated people to join our efforts. There's no deadline to contribute to OSS projects:) Feel free to just dive into you preferred project, ideally create an issue for anything you'd like to contribute before setting out on a PR (or tackle an existing issue, always appreciated).
