[GraphHopper] [graphhopper android] Error with setting up development

Hi,

if it is only japan it should not require more than 1gb to hold the
graph and probably not more than 2gb to import the data. But why are you
then creating so many nodes? Is the OSM covering a larger area than
Japan and you're just somehow extracting Japan?

You can also just specify the pbf file. No need for a transformation.
