[GraphHopper] jdk8 and speed

Hi there,

just in case someone wants to improve the query time (for CH and
none-CH) and the preparation time by 15% without much effort you could
try the latest development preview of jdk8 (b106):

(Tested under ubuntu 64bit compared to jdk1.7.0_25)

It was just a quick test and I won't add jdk8 to the supported platforms
yet, but if you care more for speed than for stability (although all
test passed) you could give it a try!
