[GraphHopper] City routing with public transportation considerations.

Hi Ramiro,

there is a branch for public transportation with some limited features
and where the graph is probably too big for Android. Nevertheless you
could apply some further heuristics or a completely different
approach/algorithm to make it working but this would require Java and
routing knowledge.
