[GraphHopper] City routing with public transportation considerations.

Hello

I'm thinking about starting a free android app using mapsforge that 
would give offline routing and i want to use the public transportation 
as part of the routing path.
can it be done? can i create bus routes over the openstreet routes with 
a higher value to take into considerations when the algorithm calculate 
the possibles routes?

I have used mapsforge in the past but i havent see the graphhopper code yet.
