[GraphHopper] Announcement: Webservice using GraphHopper

Indoor routing will be the next big step in our development.
We want to use the GraphHopper routing for the indoor routing as well,
so we have to transform the floor plans into OSM data. There are several
problems that want be be solved, so we can't say when it's done.
