[GraphHopper] Route Options and Directions Mode

Hello,

1. What are the options available in graphhopper for route type for example
fastest, smallest etc how to initialized them?

2. What are the options for Directions mode like walking, driving, bicycle
etc? and how to use them?

P.S: Graphhopper i'm loving it :)
