[GraphHopper] Error while loading Graph

(That's off topic for GraphHopper, we should continue in Mapsforge 
mailing list)

The use of SVG in Mapsforge is for rendering the svg symbols (not the 
vector tiles).
We have moved to AndroidSVG <https://code.google.com/p/androidsvg/> 
library that has much more support for the svg specs.
