how frequently is the index on http://graphhopper.com/maps/ rebuild? Is
keeping up-to-date possible via minutly osm-update?

What does the timestamp buildDate on
http://graphhopper.com/routing/api/info mean?
Last compile time, or date of last indexing of osm-data?
