[GraphHopper] timestamp of used osm-data

Currently half-automated and not with a fixed update interval.

no, mainly due to contraction hierarchies but also as one would need to
write a separate import procedure (which I would need to maintain ;))
and it is not really worth the work as the import without CH takes only
1h for the full planet.

In some weeks we are able to do a daily update though.
