[GraphHopper] Suggestions for an OSM solution

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a solution to have OSM with routing capability and for 
offline use.
The computer were this solution will run, is a headless computer and 
have only 512MB of memory and a 1Ghz processor.
Ideally, clients will connect using their browser.

Graphhopper seems to fulfill my needs, but offline capability doesn't 
work remotely (I'm thing of mapsforge solution).

Do you know a better and _easy_ solution for my project ?
