[GraphHopper] Suggestions for an OSM solution

Hi VIncent,

I'm not clear on your question, How can you have Off Line capability then
want to view remotely??

Graphhopper already works nicely on Android with an OfflneMap that you can
make yourself from OSM Data using MapsForge. There is a full working Demo
in the Graphhopper downloads site.

What platform and technology do you want to use?
