[GraphHopper] Atlas (Java mapsforge) and GraphHopper

*Atlas* is a Java map and navigation application using offline vector 
maps (Mapsforge).

- *Offline routing (GraphHopper)*
- Drag route markers
- Export route (GPX)

The graph folder can be defined at menu 'Navigation' and route points 
are added with right click.
*Atlas* (like *Cruiser*) supports graphs with contraction hierarchies 
enabled or disabled.

I have created contraction hierarchical graphs for some regions.

There are also some no contraction hierarchical graphs, having the 
suffix '_all'.
