[GraphHopper] Atlas (Java mapsforge) and GraphHopper

Hi Emux,

thanks for sharing - I like Atlas, would be even cooler if Open Source ;)

If I can suggest something for Atlas and Cruiser: I would make the
download process easier and a one-click process. E.g. like it is done in
our demo apk: just selecting an area INSIDE the application. No need for
external downloading or unzipping or something.
