[GraphHopper] Atlas (Java mapsforge) and GraphHopper

Thanks for the feedback Peter.

The in-app downloads is something that exist at my features list.
But that also means that we need to support a download server with the 
world vector maps and their routing graphs and more importantly to 
periodically re-build them.

It's worth mentioning that direct links to the maps on Mapsforge 
<http://download.mapsforge.org/> or OpenAndroMaps 
<http://www.openandromaps.org/en/> servers is forbidden, so we cannot 
use them.
