[GraphHopper] question on contraction

Hi Peter,

I was (again) reading the code of the contractor.

I just got two questions that I cannot figure out, regarding lazy updates.

When the lazy updates are activated,
* do we still need to update the neighbour points of a node we just 
contracted?
* is it still needed to perform periodic updates of all the priorities?
