[GraphHopper] Indicate heading to GraphHopper

This would also be very useful for piece by piece multi-mode routeing, e.g. for Ride with GPS, that permits mixed walking/cycling/driving routes to obtain the desired route selections for all types of cyclists (predominantly) though I use it more frequently for walking routes.
Here continuing the route in the same direction as the arrival at a given waypoint as a default (with an option for u-turn) would be very useful.
