[GraphHopper] Importing pbf filesvin Android- osmosis dependency

Hello Peter, thanks. Have managed to build a graph on the Linux command
line and route with it on Android, but was hoping to do the osm pbf import
live on the device. However it doesn't look like that's possible for the
moment. Thanks for your reply, Nick
