[GraphHopper] Importing pbf filesvin Android- osmosis dependency

It should not be hard to make it possible: I think just the xml lib
needs a replacement on Android and all current libraries needs to be
included instead of being explicitly excluded. But I don't currently see
much value in this. Still feel free to provide a pull request :)
