[GraphHopper] Why don't integrate edge properties data in GraphHopperStorage.edges?

Hi,

I saw roundabout info is in each flagEncoder, which is duplicated.
A roundabout for car should be also true for bike.
This is a map data info, not related to any vehicle.

So, I imagine there should be 1 flag in GraphHopperStorage.edges.
which encode all the edge physical info.
