[GraphHopper] Why don't integrate edge properties data in GraphHopperStorage.edges?

Some is true for the accessibility bits if you have some types e.g.
bike, mtb, racebike etc

This will come soon with a FlexibleFlagEncoder managing all data and a
(FastestCar/FastestTruck)Weighting will manage the profile specific config.
