as maven was downloaded successfully. You try
\maven\bin\mvn.bat clean install -DskipTests
I think. If this fails then this is not really a graphhopper issue ...
ah, maybe you need to install the JDK. The JRE is not sufficient as it
does not contain the compiler 'javac'
