[GraphHopper] Question about query's numbers

Hi!

I was looking for opensource software to find the optimal path between two
points, so I found this project that I find very good.

My question is, if I am using the open version, how much is the number
of queries
that can make if I use a map of geofabric ?, ie a file .osm.pbf ?, because as
I read need to register to access a key . but if you do not want to use that
key, but the map of geofrabric?
